Supply, installation and maintenance: what each service covers
Separating services helps compare proposals and agree completion evidence.
Supply
Selection and delivery of the agreed reference. Model, variant, quantity, destination and commercial conditions are reviewed. Availability and lead times are confirmed in the proposal.
Installation and integration
Work on a defined architecture, with permits, operational coordination and acceptance tests. Configuration, licences and interfaces must be explicitly included when applicable.
Preventive and corrective work
Preventive maintenance checks conditions and records findings under the agreed programme. Corrective work diagnoses a fault and proposes a remedy. On-request corrective services are not equivalent to a comprehensive preventive maintenance contract.
