Responsible organisation and purpose

Business Buildings Services S.A.C., Av. Dionisio Derteano 184, Of. 102, San Isidro, Lima, Peru, uses the information you submit to assess and respond to enquiries about equipment, engineering, maintenance or modernization. Contact: ordenes@controlesperu.com.

Enquiry information

The form requests your name, email, enquiry type and description. Phone, company, country and site are optional. Product requests include references and quantities. The enquiry language and source page path are also recorded, without URL parameters. Do not send passwords, video, sensitive drawings or other people’s personal information.

Records and communications

Enquiries are stored in a private administration area of this website and forwarded to the configured BBS commercial mailbox. The on-screen confirmation acknowledges that your request was recorded; keep its reference number for follow-up. You can also contact BBS directly by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Browser preferences

Your product selection, quantities and light or dark theme preference are stored locally in your browser. Remove references on the quotation page or clear site data in your browser. BBS forms do not use this storage to retain your name or email address.

Retention and data requests

Enquiry records have no scheduled automatic deletion. To enquire about submitted data, request a correction, obtain a copy or ask for deletion, email ordenes@controlesperu.com and include your request number if available. BBS will assess the request and any retention needs applicable to the commercial relationship.

External services

Email, phone and WhatsApp links open their respective applications. Manufacturer websites and external documents have their own privacy terms. This notice describes BBS commercial enquiry forms; the Complaints Book has its own procedure.

Corporate presentation registration

We store your name, email, requested document version, request date and origin channel privately to process your download. Marketing consent is separate and optional. A valid email format does not verify ownership. A necessary cookie grants access for 30 minutes; the document is not sent by email. You can request access, correction or deletion using the contact above.

Equipment and service cart

The cart retains references, quantities, notes and project names in your browser. Do not include sensitive building information. Contact and destination countries are required for a cart quotation. The request is stored privately even if the email notification is delayed.

Page view measurement

Our own counter stores only the daily total of page views. It does not store IP addresses, identity, browsing history or form data. The browser uses session storage to limit repeated counts per page; measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences.
