What to provide for a detector or spare-parts quote
A complete reference reduces follow-up questions and separates supply, installation and testing.
Reference and quantity
Provide the manufacturer brand, literal code with suffixes and the quantity of each item. Include distributor codes separately. For detectors, add the panel and base models.
Destination and scope
State the project country and city, any different delivery destination and whether you need installation, configuration, testing or equipment only. A component quotation does not automatically include software, licences or commissioning.
Review the proposal
The quotation will confirm the reference, scope, supply conditions and technical dependencies. The catalogue is not real-time inventory and does not guarantee compatibility by brand. Add several models to “My quote” and adjust quantities before submitting.
